the wedding to allow plenty of time for the to reply and for you to
plan accordingly. You may also wish to enclose maps or wedding list
details. Traditionally the hosts of the day are usually the bride's
parents. However, the wedding hosts could be the bride and groom, both
sets of parents or other relatives. Evening InvitationsThese can be sent to guests you with to invite to the
evening reception or party only. They may also be used to invite guests
to a party following a wedding ceremony overseas. They are usually sent
out at the same time as the wedding invitations. RSVP CardsThese are provided FREE with all day and evening invitations.
These separate cards allow more space for the invitation wording to
be displayed and allows guest the opportunity to reply easily and quickly
as to whether or not they will be attending. Order of ServiceGiven out to guests at the church or wedding venue by
the best man or ushers, this is a detailed programme of your ceremony
stating the order of the wedding ceremony, hymns, prayers, etc. Often
ordered separately once the ceremony arrangements are finalised. Available
as scrolls or booklets. (It is important to thoroughly check through
the service details, words to hymns and music with the minister or priest
before supplying clear, complete copy for printing.) Order of the Day ScrollsThese are especially suitable for civil weddings to guide
guests through the day's events but are equally attractive to those
having a church wedding and wanting something a little different. Seating PlansCo-ordinating seating plans are a stylish way to help
your guests find their table for the reception. Makes a lovely keepsake
after the "big day". Place CardsThese help your guests find their seats quickly and easily
at your reception. Can also be supplied with ribbon to use as napkin
rings/ties. MenusCo-ordinating with your chosen design, these provide
the finishing touch for every table showing the delicious menu choices
you have selected. Can be used for either a sit down meal or a buffet. Menu Place CardsTo sit at each guest's place, these are ideal if your
guests have to choose their menu in advance. They serve as the place
card and detail each guest's individual menu choice. (Included one menu
choice slip per guest to be sent out with the invitation and returned
with the RSVP card). Guest BooksThese give guests the opportunity to record their best
wishes on your special day and often create interest during the time
between day and evening celebrations. Photo AlbumsCo-ordinate with the guest books. Ideal for candid shots
taken throughout the day. Thank You CardsA thoughtful and convenient way to thank your guests
for their wedding gifts and if necessary, inform them of your new address.
Presents may also be sent from guests who cannot attend the wedding
so don't forget them. Available with a personalised message or a blank
insert. Thank You NoteletsHere the initials of the bride and groom are interlinked
at the top of a simple A5 size notelet. Available with a personalised
message or left blank. New address details can also be included. Envelopes and InsertsCo-ordinating envelopes are included with wedding invitations,
evening invitations and thank you cards. All wedding and evening invitations
also include printed insert pages. Insert pages for Order of Service
